by Sam Van Oostrum who took part in both the 2015 and 2016 camp has officially signed to NCAA Division II Franklin Pierce University.
The talented 6-foot-4 Point Guard has been playing at Itchen College in the EABL under the watchful eye of Head Coach Matt Guymon as well as featuring for Solent Kestrels in NBL Division One.
Van Oostrum was chosen to the EABL All-East First Team posting impressive averages of 16.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 2.9 steals per game.
This past season he has been highly regarded as one of the league’s best all-around players leading the EABL in assists as well as recording multiple triple-doubles and earned Player of the Week honors twice.
