Melkisedek Moreaux, the 2015/16 #8 ranked camper has committed to the University of Arkansas Little Rock on a full athletic scholarship.

The 6ft 6″ Forward started his basketball at Surrey Rams before heading to ABL Preston Titans under the watchful eye of Coach Malcolm Leak.

He is currently playing at Northeast College in Nebraska putting up solid numbers resulting in over x15 NCAA Division One offers such as University of Nebraska, Texas Tech, Drake and UC Davis.

Moreaux decided on Little Rock who play in the Sun Belt Conference (15-17 record last year) where he will suit up for them next season.

“First of all, I want to thank god, the most high Yahweh for letting me play the sport I love. I chose Arkansas Little Rock because of the great coaching staff they have and I really feel that they can help me develop into much better, all round complete player.”

Melki puts all of this down to his hard work and people that have supported him.

“It took a lot of hard work to get where I am today, but it just shows that real hard work pays off! I’m a guy that started playing basketball late and with the right coach and work ethic you can make it anywhere, it just requires the work.”

“I want to thank my family, my coaches and teammates here at northeast, Malcolm leak, and my friends back home! It’s just the beginning!”

We want to wish Melki all the success at Little Rock.
