TOP FIVE
Caleb Fuller stays as the #1 ranked player after a very strong season with Barking Abbey and representing the GB U20 Men’s Squad securing Division A status. Fuller closed out the season as EABL Playoff Winner and MVP with a solid campaign for Great Britain U20’s posting 9.0 ppg & 2.3 rpg in 23 minutes per outing.
The final #2 ranked player is Ariel John Edu moving up two places after his dominance in the FIBA U18 Asia Championship posting 14.2 ppg, 11.5 rpg & 2.8 bpg. Edu was ranked 2nd in tournament rebounds (69 total) & 2nd in doubles-doubles (3 out of 6 games) as well as 7th in rebounds.
A new player into the Top 5 is Sean Nealon-Lino who finishes ranked #5 after a breakout season at Barking Abbey. The 6ft 6″ versatile wing finished with the EABL Playoff Championship as well as representing Scotland Men’s Team to a 6th place finish in the Commonwealth Games. Add to this a key role for GB U20 Men’s Squad helping secure Division A status, it’s been a great season for Nealon-Lino.
MOVING UP
Two exciting Guards both move up two places with Myerscough College’s Konrad Kantorksi landing as the #8 ranked player behind a solid season in NBL D3 and the EABL. The 5ft 10″ Point Guard and Scotland International helped take home the NBL D3 Playoff Championship after already winning the League and National Shield.
Jonathan Brown is the other player to also move up two places to be ranked #10. The 6ft 3″ Kent Crusaders Guard has really made a name for himself after picking up the EABL Player of the Year who then went onto to represent GB U18’s securing Division A status.
NEWCOMER
There is a new addition with Elliot Bailey beating out a couple of players to the #20 ranked spot. Putting in a solid EABL campaign posting 11.9 ppg & 5.2 rpg, Bailey was rewarded with a scholarship to one of the top basketball programs in Canada, Carleton University who have won 13 national title in 16 years.
