All of you will receive your flight itinerary via email – 1 week before camp. You can view your flights and reference number by clicking HERE

– Please double check your flights are from the correct destination
– Take note of your own Record Locator number to use when checking in
– You will need to check-in 24hrs before your flight and pick your own seats
– It’s your own responsibility to take care of any costs for checked luggage. Please note that most airlines will allow free carry-on luggage that is 45 inches (22 x 14 x 9 in) up to a max of 22-25 lbs.
– Please note we will also send you a supporting travelling letter to have in case you need it at the airport when arriving at Dallas at DFW.

We will also be sending you x2 online forms a few days before camp. It is essential you fill these in so we gather vital information for your well being and safety whilst at the camp.
