Coach Vear has just been selected as the newly appointed Great Britain U16 Men Head Coach, where he explains how he sees the ranking camp having a huge impact on the UK’s elite players.
“The DENG Camp has had such a positive effect on youth basketball in this country. Having the ranking system allows coaches from all over the world to see and access the best talent we have here in the UK.”
“Players really compete not only at camp but throughout the season as the ranking system is updated throughout the year. The UK has been crying out for a camp like this for years and you can really see the players reaping the rewards of the hard work put in by the camp organisers.”
