by Moses Byekwaso, the #2 ranked camper in 2015 has signed with Northeast Community College on a full athletic scholarship for the 2017-18 season.
The 6ft 2″ Guard was a revelation on the 2015 camp where he really stamped his name on the UK basketball scene finishing the camp has the #1 ranked player just missing out on staying at the top position at the last phase of ranking.
He will join fellow ex-team mate and 2015 #8 ranked Melkisedek Moreaux at Northeast where we got a chance to catch up with Moses who has some big plans when he touches down stateside.
“To be honest, I’m pretty excited to go out there and compete for a championship whether it be a regional or even the whole thing! I also want to stamp my name on that side of the water and gain a good D1 scholarship.”
Byekwaso touches on being reunited with his ex-teammate.
“I love it! Myself and Melki have already spoken about the things we want to accomplish where we look at this as a chance to again win together alongside our teammates.”
